K-EatOur Al-Alwaan Bohra Delights stall was up and running at K-Eat, serving fresh, homestyle Bohra flavours. The team was on the floor all day, dishing out crowd favourites like Khaosuey and Gujarati Khaosay. It was also a chance to promote our second branch at Charminar and get Ramadan meals sorted for the crowd. ISO CertifiedGetting ISO certified took months of careful work, and the audit day was the moment it all came together. Auditors walked through our kitchen to check hygiene, processes, and how we handle food every day. It's a proud milestone for the team, and proof that the standards we set for ourselves are the real thing. Cricket MatchAfter work, the team swapped aprons for bats and took over the indoor cricket ground for a friendly match. There was healthy competition, a lot of banter, and a group photo to remember the night by. It's a good way to unwind and get to know each other outside the kitchen. 14 August CelebrationThe office turned green and white this Independence Day, with flags hung up and a cake to match.
