Ocean 99 had a clear intention. Host the Bohra community for their launch event, and do it in a way that feels special. Not just another dinner. Something with culture, structure, and experience. That’s where Al Alwaan came in.
They wanted something different in cuisine. We showed them what we’ve done before, including the FEI event. That was enough for them to make up their mind. They understood the standard, and trusted us with the execution.
The plan was simple but precise. 31 thaals. Around 250 guests and a few thaals reserved for management . Everything organized, timed and perfectly executed.
For Ocean 99, this was their first time hosting an event like this. But they trusted us and we did our best in providing them with the best experience.
Food wasn’t just served. It was placed, shared, and experienced the way it’s meant to be.
