An Eid Milan with Avery Dennison

Avery Dennison collaborated with Al Alwaan for their Eid Milan lunch, bringing together around 500 people for the event.
The setup was kept simple and focused on a proper lunch spread with BBQ, karahi, and beef biryani (which, of course, stayed the favorite). The space followed a red and blue theme, with a backdrop that tied everything together.

Along with the food and setup, a major focus throughout the event was safety. From fire precautions to overall safety management, everything was handled carefully. All wirings were properly covered with tape and foam, strictly following the company’s protocols.

It was a well managed gathering that ended with smiles on everyone’s faces.
