A day full of fun, laughter and energy
SSGC trusted Al-Alwaan to host their beach party, and from transport to the entire setup and food, everything was handled by our team. The goal was simple: to give corporate professionals a full day to themselves, with maximum comfort and enjoyment.
To bring that together, the setup included:

- A dedicated hut space for shade, comfort, and a relaxed beach vibe
- Seamless transport management for a hassle-free experience
- A well-arranged dining area with proper seating inside the hut
And somewhere between the sea breeze, the setup, and the energy, it all just came together.
Al Alwaan also took care of the fun side of the picnic, which included:
- Beach sports including volleyball and throwball
- Activities like horse riding, jet skiing, and boat rides with proper safety measures
The highlight was the human Ludo board, designed and executed by Al-Alwaan. It turned the whole space into something interactive, something fun…something they didn’t expect but ended up loving
